.AEROZINE Warranty

AEROZINE provides warranty for the first-hand owners who purchase original cranksets and parts of AEROZINE brand. Its content is described as follows:

1. When damage occurs under regular use pursuant to the content of the user's manual within the warranty period and is also determined as of defective quality by dealers, dealers will provide comprehensive after-sales services. If it is not caused by defective quality, parts and labor will be charged at reasonable cost.
2. Warranty period for crankset: two year from the date of purchase.
3. Please pay special attention: AEROZINE will not provide any warranty for any crankset and part that is altered without AEROZINE's permission or repaired by non-AEROZINE authorized dealers.

.AEROZINE crankset serial number

AEROZINE makes an exclusive customized DNA sequence for every customer. With a matching sequence code, we guarantee that every tag with an anti-counterfeiting serial number is unique. AEROZINE institutes rigorous internal controls to protect customers. From the sequence design to the serial number of DNA, each mass production process or testing procedure is performed by different group members and goes through layers of control processes to ensure product quality. Customers can trace back the processes of manufacturing, logistics, sales, and after-sales services etc. for the product through the serial number of the tag and have full control of product quality, logistics management, sales agency, and customer service. Crankset serial number is the identification of your crankset, please pay special attention to it, because it is also the basis for you to get the guarantee of the after-sales services (warranty) at the time of purchase. Please check whether your crankset serial number is complete before purchase. If there is any sign of grinding on the crankset serial number, please do not purchase!
